I recently hired Michelle from Xclusive Mobile Detail for a car detailing service, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. I paid a hefty $250 for the service, expecting a thorough job. However, Michelle failed to complete the job as promised. The major issue was with the back seat cleaning. Michelle assured me that she would revisit to finish the job, but unfortunately, that never happened. Despite multiple text messages and voicemails, she was unresponsive and never bothered to fulfill her commitment. For the amount I spent, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. It's disheartening to see a business owner neglecting their responsibilities and leaving a customer dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money with Xclusive Mobile Detail. The lack of follow-through and communication is not something anyone should tolerate, especially when paying a premium for services.

Michelle does an outstanding job detailing your vehicle. I've been having her do it for a few years now on two different vehicles. They're very reasonable and really take their time and take pride in what they do.

Had scheduled a 1:30pm appointment for today for two cars as all appointments this morning were booked. The time was confirmed but today about two hours prior to arrival I was sent a text from Michelle to say all the appointments this morning had cancelled and wondered if I would like to do another day. I replied an hour before the appointment to indicate I still needed today to stand, called and texted 30 minutes after appointment was supposed to happen and still have not heard back. This was to be a nice surprise for my son and his wife who just had their first baby to help them out. We are flying back to Michigan tomorrow and this was known why today was needed. Very disappointed in the lack of service! If you are going to be a service business then be willing to provide the service you advertise especially during standard working hours.
