Wanted to upgrade to Car Play in 2019 Lexus RX so I found these guys on Hamiltons (manufacturers on the CarPlay kits)website. I called in spoke with Kyle told him what I needed drove by so he could take a look because he wanted to be sure we were on the same page. He took care of me that day answering all questions and got me set up with my appointment for installation. It was smooth sailing! Kyle was friendly and helpful I met his dad Sunny, super nice guy. If you’re looking to bring in your Lexus this is the place they don’t try to talk you into getting any more than you need I ended up not needing the Hamilton brand saved me a few hundred bucks 😉 check them out! 😠 A Starless Experience: Warranty Not Honored I am extremely disappointed with the service and integrity of this window tinting company. I had my truck's windows tinted here back in 2011, specifically choosing this business for the quality and the warranty they offered. Recently, I returned because the tint on my windows has significantly faded and turned purple, a clear sign of a defective or poor-quality film over time. To my astonishment, the owner or representative refused to honor the warranty simply because I did not possess the original, physical paper receipt from 14 years ago. What is truly frustrating is that I offered two forms of verification that should have been more than sufficient: * The Shop's Sticker: There is a clearly identifiable sticker in the bottom corner of the window put there by this business, marking it as the installer. * Vehicle History: I explained that I have owned this truck since 2011 and had the work done here. Instead of acknowledging their own marker, I was met with the insulting suggestion that I "probably bought my truck like that." It's hard to believe that a reputable business owner would assume a customer is incapable of owning a vehicle for an extended period, or that I would invent the history of the tinting. This experience demonstrates a complete lack of customer service and a clear unwillingness to stand behind their product or their word. A sticker placed by your own business should be a valid proof of installation, and a reasonable person understands that a paper receipt from over a decade ago may be lost. Do not trust their warranty claims—they seem to be meaningless the moment you need them most. Look elsewhere for a company that values their longtime customers and honors their commitment. ZERO STARS for integrity.

I love this guy Sunny. He hooked me up on my tint. He’s worked on my BMW Z4 my, Range Rover, my Maserati. Now my mini cooper. The best service ever highly recommended 😊

😡😡Same thing with this guy when I was buying it, he told me lifetime warranty. I even showed up with paperwork and made every excuse in the world, not to give me anything and lying out of his teeth, unprofessional getting aggressive, and the thing with these guys is like no matter what they do they’ll never be the man of their words. He was upset that I paid so little back in 2017 and kept the paper work. Make sure when you go you sign a contract iron clad with paper and a video recording showing he’s guaranteeing lifetime warranty or whatever he says he does and make the proof so undeniable that he is ashamed. You can’t tarnish a reputation if there wasn’t one to begin with. What you’re describing isn’t a misunderstanding it’s a pattern. Same excuse, same outcome, different customer.

They are a great shop to bring your brand new vehicles. All the finishes are beautiful and shiny and vehicle was left in clean shape. They also installed my Dash Cam and showed me how to make it work. Kyle runs the office with Sunny in very honest and straight forward way and keeps everything flow seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the PPF and top quality tint. My truck is so much cooler after the best tint job in town.
