I had a very pleasant experience getting my window tinted here. It was very well done. Oscar was very pleasant, explaining the process, the wait and all. There is also a snack bar with drinks and coffee ☕️ to indulge in while you wait. All together a good experience. Well done team 👏

Update: I initially left a 2 star review, however I now believe this location deserves a 1 star. Management reached out to me after I posted my initial review, with an ultimatum. I guess this is why they only have good reviews... (See attached screen shot) I had XPEL XR installed on my entire truck, including the windshield, and immediately noticed multiple issues with the installation on nearly every window. The rear windows had significant contamination, the front driver’s window had a visible crease and more contamination, and the windshield had noticeable gaps in the tint around the rearview mirror. When I returned to the shop, they admitted that the rear windows and front driver’s side needed to be redone. However, they initially refused to warranty the windshield, claiming the gaps were acceptable. After pushing the issue and questioning how any visible gap could be considered acceptable, they reluctantly agreed to fix it. Unfortunately, the warranty work just as bad if not worse. The rear window film was left with small gaps all around the edges, and instead of redoing the windshield; a crooked, rough-trimmed patch of darker tint was used to cover the original gaps. When I pointed out these problems, the employee became irritated and told me I was “expecting too much.” He offered to redo it again but said it wouldn’t look any better. For a $730 install at a shop with a 4.8-star rating, I expected quality and professional workmanship, not excuses and poor-quality fixes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This was my first vehicle to ever have PPF. I read great review and the Tint World Missouri City team delivered. Oscar and his team were awesome. Walked me through all the steps, kept me well informed and sneered all my questions. He even, very honestly, explained that the product sometimes just doesn’t heal right and they like you to come back about two-weeks post PPF to inspect and correct any imperfections. That’s great customer service and standing by your work. Highly recommend this team for your PPF, tinting or ceramic needs. UPDATE: Had to break up my window tinting and ceramic coating, due to a manufacturer error on the windshield and it needing to be replaced. When I brought the car back in to finish the tinting, Sam noticed some PPF parts he didn't like and he fixed them. That's the sign of a great owner / business. He wasn't happy with the work, so he did it again. Just another reason why I can't recommend them enough. They are great people that treat you like you're family. and they treat your car like it's their own.

Sam and his team did an amazing job on both my car and my husband’s. They not only tinted our windows perfectly but also installed the security and audio systems with great attention to detail. Sam, the owner, personally made sure everything was done right. I felt very comfortable waiting in their showroom—it’s spacious, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend this shop for top-quality tinting, security, and audio system services, along with outstanding customer care!

Great service and overall job on our new car! I called on a Monday and Oscar and Sam was able to get me in for PPF and window tint the next day. As you can see in the photo the tint looks great. The dealer actually already did the rear windows, so I asked them to match with the front ones, which they did perfectly. We also asked for PPF on the headlights only which they also did a great job with. I could not tell it was there at all! Only when I got here did I realize they do much more than tint and PPF. They'll also detail your car and install sound systems as well. I asked a lot of questions about the tint and PPF and they were able to confidently answer all of them. If I ever need additional work I'll definitely be back!
