Pro PPF and Tinting

I had my CRV tinted by Rich, and the results were immediately disappointing. After drying, the tint was full of lint, bubbles, and started peeling at every single corner the very next day. Rich claimed the tint came with a warranty and made an attempt to fix it after I repeatedly complained, but the fix didn’t work. When I requested another fix, he told me the company had gone out of business. He also claimed the tint was Xpel and covered under any dealer, but without a warranty card (which he never provided), no other dealer would honor it. I asked for a partial refund, but he ignored my request. Now I’m forced to pay elsewhere to have the job redone.

Took my girlfriends Ford Focus to get the ceramic tint done on all 4 windows plus the back glass. Richard was honest, fair, and competent with his work! We were slightly concerned because there were bubbles/blisters in the tint film immediately after installation, but Rich assured us that they would be gone within days and lo-and-behold, not one blister remained after 24 hours in the Texas heat. Absolutely would recommend his service!

Stopped in the day after I bought my brand new 4runner. Amazing customer service and Rich did an exceptional job! He even has me convinced to come back and get the Pro PPF put on the vehicle. Also, if you're looking for someone who can get things done efficienlty and in a timely manner, come see him! Ver awesome customer service.

Writing this review because I am not satisfied and was met with harsh words when told about mistake. I brought my car after inquiring online about tinting my windshield and overall the film on the windshield was wonderful and he did it at a good price too. But I also added if he could do my mirrors in carbon fiber to match my side skirt. He replied with, “ yes it will be 200$”. When I came to pick up the car I was misjudged when I told him mistakes in the wrap of creases and a mistake that was obvious on one side and not the other side. When I asked why is one side good and the other not I was told “this is wrap and I am expecting too much. And he spent 2 hours on it.” I understand that it is wrap but that is why I’m getting it done from a PROFESSIONAL shop. I also do wrap and it simply seems to me he rushed one side and decided not to redo it because of the time. When I told him I didn’t like a side and felt only half the work was done I will pay you for half. he started to get angry and say I will take it all off or you pay me 200$ because he did the work and it wasted his 2 hours. If a customer is unsatisfied with the product or work the business should take into account an outside perspective and this business simply does not. He was very rude that I called out some mistakes rather than accommodating for obvious mistakes. I understand that one piece is hard to do but he simply should have said no if it was something he couldn’t make look as professional as possible. I will not be returning to this shop and I recommend going to a different place. I was also told that the carbon film that was applied to my car was a ppf film. But rather it was a dynacarbon film that I should’ve checked before him applying it. All in all a bad experience and the owner seemed very upset that I even walked through the door where IM giving him business and I would’ve brought in more depending on the work.

I have a Tesla Model 3 and live oak trees that drop a lot of sap and other tree bits that stick to paint. I was also concerned about heat load. Rich did an amazing job of paint prep, ppf on front, and ceramic on rest. He also did ceramic tint all over. All for a very reasonable price. The car is more beautiful now than when new and the ppf and ceramic works as advertised...the car now only takes a few minutes to wash and nothing sticks to it. Rich has a high level of attention to detail which is crucial to doing this work. His shop is also very clean and well suited for this work. I just hope he is around years from now when I need this done again! I would very highly recommend.
