*UPDATE* PNT had someone come out and finally fixed the door panel, unfortunately I still think they lack efficient communication. However, I give them points for reaching out and ensuring the issue has been fixed to our liking. They did not ask us to change or update our review. But since they did fix the issue, I decided to at least provide an update. I hope they can find a way for them to communicate with customers easier and provide updates without customers reaching out first. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My husband set up to drop off 3 of our cars here for PPF and tint. I dropped off my brand new Lexus on 11/8th. We were promised it to be ready by Tuesday, but it ended up being ready at the end of the day on Wednesday. These people have terrible communication skills as we were NEVER provided updates unless we asked first. When I went to pick up my BRAND NEW car on 11/12. I noticed on the leather part of my door near the window a small puncture. I brought it up to the owner immediately. He attempted to fix it, but couldn’t. Then promised he will get the issue resolved on Saturday when we can pick up our next car. Saturday comes, we tell him the door needs to be fixed and he does not reply until way later in the day. I have to drop off my BRAND NEW car AGAIN to ensure he fixes it. He doesn’t. He brings it to someone’s house (I have a location tracker) where he alleges is getting fixed. Looks the same, the owner even says it looks bad. He promises to get it fixed at my house at his own cost on the following Saturday. We contact him on Saturday to ask what time they will be coming to fix the leather issue. Does not reply. We call him, doesn’t not call us back. How unprofessional. Do not take your car here, especially your new car. They lack communication skills and from other reviews, looks like they’re known to ghost. Go ahead and take your money and your car elsewhere.

Stopped by to get a car wash up front. For the price, I was happy with the results. Jayden and Pedro took care of me. While waiting, took a look around. They do tint, wraps, and many other car related services.

Great service! Really affordable wrap prices. They were able to wrap my c6 corvette targa top and halo bar gloss black and the results did not disappoint. Will be recommending this place to others and I'm a satisfied customer good work👍

Got my Ford Maverick tinted by at PNT Customz and it was a complete waste of money. The tint job was terrible from the start, bubbles, uneven edges and dirt, just sloppy work. I brought it back to give him a chance to fix it, one of his employees just made it worse. After that, he completely ignored my calls and texts. No accountability, no customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
