Paint Protection DFW

I had Paint Protection DFW do a ceramic coating on my matte vehicle, window tinting and interior protection, and the quality of the work is fantastic — but what truly sets them apart is the customer service. I took the car directly from dealership delivery straight to Ryan, and from the very beginning it was clear I was in the right place. He was more interested in when I was getting the car and more genuinely excited about it than the dealership salesperson was — which honestly says everything. I originally reached out to Paint Protection DFW because Dr. Beasley’s — a leader in matte paint protection — directly recommended Ryan, and now I completely understand why. From start to finish, this felt like true white-glove service. Ryan, the owner, was absolutely incredible. I’ve never experienced better customer service in any industry. Communication was constant throughout the entire process, and I was walked through everything step by step — from the initial consultation all the way to pickup. This was my first time doing anything like this, and Ryan took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The consultation was extremely informative, unhurried, and there was zero pressure to upsell anything I didn’t need. He genuinely took his time and made sure I felt confident in every decision. PHENOMENAL WORK AND SERVICE!!!! Ryan is a great person and was extremely nice from the very first text! I filled out the online request and was contacted in less than an hour and by the next day I was booking my appointment for both my Yukon XL and my husband’s Sierra to get ceramic coating. This place is great. Ryan is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his products, which I really appreciate. Ryan is beyond genuine — a true craftsman. He went out of his way to pick up my FJ from the dealer and stayed late to make sure everything was done right. That level of care and integrity is rare. The PPF itself is flawless—clean edges, tight lines, and a gloss/clarity that looks even better in person (photos included).
