After moving to Houston, I quickly realized that finding people who truly take pride in their work can be a challenge. Perhaps it’s a generational shift, but after dealing with various contractors, lawn services, restaurants and repair shops, many businesses do the absolute minimum, just enough not get fired. However, Manny at NTouch Autotint & Accent is a breath of fresh air. He is a true professional who delivers high-quality work in a timely manner. While his excellent rating drew me in, but what really impressed me was how gracefully he handled the only two low reviews he’s received told me everything I needed to know about his character. My wife and I are thrilled with the work he performed on her vehicle. If you want someone you can trust with your car, someone who actually cares about the quality of their work, Manny is the person to call. Thank you, Manny—please keep up the exceptional work. I called and made an appointment. He said he only takes cash or zelle which also did not bother me. I showed up five minutes before the time and walked to the door. I pulled on it and it was locked. I looked to see an "open" sign or light or anything and pulled again. I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation. I just flashed a peace sign and said "have a good day". I own my own company and I can tell you how I treat my customers matters. I dont know if he did not want to do the work or what but I am just left scratching my head. maybe I am an isolated incident but just so you know.

This was the 2nd time I had the pleasure doing business with Manny and once again he did not disappoint. My first vehicle was a work one, over 2 years ago and the tints still going strong. So I called Manny again for my personal vehicle and he was able to fit me in on the same day with his busy schedule. Manny paid attention to details and gave me the best service and product he could deliver. Quality is the name of Manny’s game. Did I mention his price is very reasonable? Manny takes pride in his work and will stand behind every single one of his projects. I saw and heard Manny refusing to lower his standard with some of the potential (difficult) customers. Watching him putting the tint on my brand new vehicle is almost an art form. I’ll be bringing my next vehicle to NTouch Auto Tint when/if I get another vehicle.

My husband shopped around for a quote and was told a price from a well known place. We stopped in to drop off the vehicle. My husband wanted to make sure about price again. It was a good thing he did. The guy gave him a higher price. We left and found NTouch. We spoke to Manny over the phone. When we got there, he gave us a quote for ceramic. It was a good price. Way less than the other place. Manny did a great job! Very nice and humble person. This is the place to go to get your vehicle tinted. Manny..thank you very much! My vehicle looks great! We will definitely be back!
