LV Fresh Details & Ceramic Coatings did a decent job on my boyfriend’s vehicle. After years of working in the oil field, his seats were a bit damaged & definitely dirty. I wanted the stains out, they did the best they could with it since it’s been awhile. Looks better than it originally did. Customer service was alright, they were proactive in response but I never knew who I was speaking with when setting up an appointment because they never introduced themselves. NaNa provided the service & was very respectful & prompt, he was informative on what was damaged & what he couldn’t get out entirely due to the years it’s been soaking in. He was also kind enough to add on an extra service for me last minute & cleaned the headliner as well. Also, no hidden fees as promised. I would recommend to others.
