⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my truck detailed at Luxe Auto Spa after it had been sitting for a long time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The customer service was excellent, and the team went above and beyond. My truck looks like new again! I truly appreciate the hard work they put in and would definitely recommend Luxe Auto Spa to anyone looking for top-notch detailing.

I usually do my own car wash because I’m super particular about the quality—but with this brutal Houston heat, I decided to try Luxe Auto Spa at 18324 Clay Rd. Honestly? They did an amazing job—just as good as my own detailing routine. My wife’s 2014 Nissan Rogue SV and my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback EX both came out spotless. Tires shining, paint gleaming, and not a single missed spot. They really paid attention to the details—inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work. The convenience of being so close to home is a bonus, and the results speak for themselves (just check out the photos). I’ll definitely be coming back here instead of sweating it out in my driveway. Great work, Luxe Auto Spa! Keep it up!

Returned today for another wash only to find that they are now cash only. (6/15/25) I ended up leaving. No cash. I think there is a new owner. The workers do a fantastic job here. They work very hard and diligently. This was my third visit and I am always pleased with the results. I rated 4/5 because the facility owner was not honoring posted prices with another customer. This pertained to shampooing the seats in the car. The posted price on the facility is 70$ for shampooing the seats. The manager wanted to charge her 70$ for the front and another $70 for the back contrary to the posted pricing. This other customer was a regular customer who travelled more than 10 miles to have her car cleaned here because they did great work. Lux lost that customer yesterday because of the pricing dispute. There are too many other car detailed options available to consumers. The owner should have honored the pricing as posted to the customer. She told me she won’t be returning. I may not either as there are many hand car wash options available.

When I was in this area I found a new car wash to go to. I paid the lower price but they did a good job. Next time I'll up the price to see what the difference is and make a new review.

I brought my Jeep wrangler 2021 to get detailed here it was my first time bringing it here and saw all the good reviews.. and this is what the results came out to be. It Wasn’t even cleaned good from the interior and they claimed the bumper and the windshield wiper area was already white. The workers caught an attitude with me when I told them my car was not white when I brought it in.
