This is the first time I have used JR Detailing and I was very pleased. Cameron came right on time was very polite and professional. I had wanted specific things, as my interior was not very bad, but my exterior needed some TLC. It cost me about $100 less than a brick and mortar place, with the convenience of home service. I would definitely use them again.

Had messaged with JR over a few days inquiring about services for my one year old SUV. Got on the schedule for Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 9am. He came out to my home, personally, with a member of his staff to work on my car. Very professional, very detailed oriented. He knew everything there was to know about my car. Arrived 15 minutes early and was set up and ready to start my service at the exact time given. I appreciated the promptness. Walked me through what I ordered before they started so we were on the same page with the package and it's price. He ensured I knew exactly what I had requested and what it was going to cost before touching my car. So there were zero surprises to be had. We talked about his business and his employee - seemed like an apprentice or new to the detailing business - was very educated on their process and the tools and materials they used to clean the rims, iron / brake dust, leather and carpets. This guy will probably be a future detailing business franchise owner. I couldn't be happier with the results as well as the service provided, and of course it's price. I will be seeking their services for my other automobile this fall.
