I’ve been coming to Infinity tint & alarms since 2013. They’ve always done a fantastic job with my tint installations on all of my cars. I recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger that did not have any tint and Mark did amazing on the install as usual. Keep up the fantastic work!

Just excellent! Got all of my cars tinted here nearly 14 years ago and came back to get one of them redone under warranty! Excellent service and excellent work.

I am just going to be honest because I paid a full price but not get a full satisfaction on the product work. I have been going to this place for more than 10 years but don't know what happened... maybe business is not doing good. Same owner, but now credit card payment has a $9 surcharge. I left the place without checking the work because they are usually good, however, this time was different. I can see the cuts of the film on the bottom of the side windows. See the pictures attached. When I requested to fix it, they wanted me to get Mercedes Benz to open the door seal; which is $180/hour labor. It doesn't make sense either anyway. You can confirm on YouTube videos that you are suppose to cut the window film 1/2 inch longer when preparing, so you can tuck it in properly. Dorris refused to fix it. As much as I used to like this place, I cannot waste my here money again. I cannot recommend this place anymore.

Treated my car with terrible care have multiple scratches on window and multiple dents on car after dropping off also charged me for doing the front windows when I said I just wanted the tint removed would recommend 0 stars if I had a choice

Our household has had 3 cars done here and recommended countless others. One of my windows started to bubble up. Well, they only guarantee if you have the original paperwork, despite the fact they put their name on your windows. Not even a discount on repair if you can't provide the original documentation. For one, I feel $159 is steep. For this reason alone, today I went elsewhere. I stopped in thinking I'd get a better experience and the lady seemed bothered and was aloof so I'm out. Just went to another place I've heard great things about and paid $100 for the same thing. Without an appt and without leaving my car all day. Had they even offered 10- 15% off loyalty discount I've had stayed. That lady needs to work elsewhere if customer service is a chore for her.
