My second visit and once again it didn’t disappoint. I’ve left twice with quality products to enhance my vehicles.
The guys at "I Detail" are very friendly and ready to help with Detailing your car or truck. But even if you like to detail your own vehicle, they have a modest variety(still adding) of tools and products to help achieve the best results. Also tell me they are making a youtube channel, so let's keep an eye out for that.
I came in feeling super anxious after accidentally scratching the front of my car with a kitchen sponge. I was honestly expecting to pay at least $100 to get it fixed. The man at the shop was incredibly kind — he said he’d do a quick test patch, but instead, he ended up polishing the entire front of my car for free. When I asked him about it, he just smiled and said, “Just doing my good deed for the day.” It completely made my day. I was so grateful and touched by his generosity. Highly recommend this shop — not just for the quality of work, but for the amazing people behind it.
Best customer service and the only place I need to stop to find my detailing products. There was a time I was running late and they remained open until I arrived. Its a one stop shop and their commitment to their customers is unparalleled. I personally haven’t experienced this anywhere else. Its always great doing business with them.
I stopped by today to get some of the V36 and V38 compound from Chemical Guys in hoping it would take off these 2 paint stain on my trunk that I could not get off. I tried everything. Goof-Off, Goo-Gone, clay bar, rubbing compound, polisher, ace-tone, rubbing alcohol. Nothing worked. So when I grabbed the V36 and V38, (I believe his name was Danny) said he didn't want me to pay for those product if it was something so small. He then used his own tools and time to take out the paint stain that I could not. I was so happy because prior to coming here I purchased a random orbital buffer/polisher so I could do it myself. But he took care of it. The shop has all the products you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Houston. Thanks!
