I will 100% use them again! I called this morning, 2/26, and he came to me within an hour! Not only did he do my car (which definitely needed it lol), he took care of all of my coworkers as well as our bosses! Our cars never looked better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I decide to take a chance on a mobile detailer and was left very disappointed. He showed up an hour later after our scheduled appointment, left in the middle of the job because he forgot his tools(drills) I had been quoted for two vehicles and specifically asked for certain areas to been cleaned, Both vehicles were left with several missing spots after he told me he was done , got very defensive kept insisting that he never had any complaints nor issues with any other client , kept saying “that’s the best I can do”after pointing out several spots and said that he should have charged me more for the time he spent , mind you he showed up an hour late and forgot his tools , sprayed my seats with a “cleaning scent” and left a lot of droplets , I then asked him why my seats were like that and he told me that “that’s normal it will go away” 3 days later stains are still there, messaged him about the issues and said “that most car he works on aren’t that dirty…” and he would recommend shampooing the seats, couldn’t even clean my floor mat . And my wife’s vehicle was left with a lot of missing spots as well , I quote you he said that’s the best he can do . Maybe we got him on a bad day but this is no way to conduct business highly disappointed
