Fresh Feel Mobile Auto Detailing - WE COME TO YOU

This review is a few months late, but they did such an amazing job that it was still on my mind to leave a review! I got the Showroom Shine package because I hadn’t cleaned my car in over a year (even after a 3 day road trip) and my car was a disaster. Lots of dog hair from my dog, and I saved a lost German shepherd at one point that totally trashed my car in the hatchback area and by jumping in the back seat - slobber (I hope) and stress-releasing chunks of hair everywhere (don’t worry I found the owner and they were reunited!). The last time I tried to get my car detailed with another company it was a disaster due to weather and poor management response - I was so relieved when Bert rescheduled our first appointment at my request (the day before! Very last minute request) with no hassle due to weather predictions. Prior to the visit there was lots of communication and reminders; very helpful and responsive. Very easy to book and pay. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time and did a crazy-good detail. My car looked brand new. They even fixed some paint scratches that I thought would be too big/deep for a detail job. They were very careful with my car, and made sure to review any pre-existing damage/scuffs with me prior to the work and gave me ample time to inspect the car after to make sure I was satisfied. I was blown away by the results - so worth the money. It’s been a few months and people still comment about how my car looks and smells new.

I chose the Showroom Shine Package. They did great. They sent reminders about my appointment, kept me updated on ETA, and arrived ahead of schedule. Great customer service. Bert is an excellent businessman. I highly recommend the Showroom Shine Package. My car looks amazing.

Absolutely fantastic. These young men brought my vehicles back to life. I dont have time to wash them anymore and Mister Car Wash is a waste of money. They were on time, respectful, and did quality work. I left them a really big tip, because customer service like that is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys. You have a customer for life.

Bert and Keenen did a great job! I really appreciate all the hard work they put in on my wife's car. She wanted to hand scrub seats, yeah nope. Seats, carpet, dashboard and Engine bay look excellent! I know I wouldn't be able to get super clean like they did in less than 6hrs. I know it was a pretty dirty car and they did their very best! small areas for improvement, very thin oily residue from cleaning the black trim/plastic and windows BUT it was nothing I couldn't clean up. I will be requesting their services again soon for a steam cleaning and other touch ups. Thank you guys!!

They did such a wonderful job. They stayed in communication with me from the time I booked until they were finished outside. They did a thorough job. I think it was three of them. My car was a HOT MESS as I had just moved by myself with my giant shedding dog but it looks (and smells) like a dog was never in there. I highly recommend and will use again!
