DetailNow - Mobile Detailing

We were in a bind and had to buy a car sight unseen. The car was great in all respects except for one thing- we didn’t know it had a serious odor problem until we picked it up. The car smelled like cat urine, even though the interior had already been professionally detailed by the seller. We were very discouraged and made an appointment with DetailNow. Our detailer was professional and on time. He hadn’t been in the car for more than thirty seconds before he figured out what needed to be done. Soon he had the entire back seat dismantled (we had no idea you could take these seat apart like that!) and he had instantly located the source of our problem. He found a lake of dried cat pee pooled beneath the seat! He treated the entire car and specially treated the urine saturated areas. He took his time with the problem areas and gave a lot of attention to detail. It was so gross, and he was so good at taking care of it! He was magic and made our problem disappear! It was worth every penny and more! We were so grateful for his help! We never would have found the source of the odor on our own! We had to drive 2,000 miles in our car after picking it up. DetailNow saved our trip!
